Preparation:

I was buying this product at my local store before I realized it's about 25% cheaper here on Chinese Tea Culture. I drink 2-3 cups of this tea daily to balance hormones naturally (there is evidence that suggests spearmint is a potent anti-androgen). Some "side effects" include clear skin and really fresh breath!

I drink Spearmint tea for it's health properties, but it is seriously hard to find. So, when I found this on Chinese Tea Culture I decided to give it a try and ordered it right away. I did not know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. This tea has a nice flavor that isn't too overwhelming. I even find myself going without any sweeteners most of the time. There is a good amount and you will get plenty of servings from it. I highly recommend.

This tea was by far the best quality of the lot. Nicely packaged, looked very clean, no dust, no junky bits mixed in with the tea. Simply perfect.
