Preparation:
• Bring water to a boil;
• Use 2 TSP per 8oz of water;
• Pour boiling water over the tea;

makes a great iced tea (i actually haven't had it hot). fruit is real (dried). i like that it has no caffeine. sometimes i blend it with caffeinated tea. good tea to have around.
