Preparation:
• Bring water to a boil;
• Use 1 TSP per 8oz of water;
• Pour boiling water over the tea;
• Steep 1 minute;
• Use the same leaves 2 times;
• 1oz tea makes approximately14 cups.
* Best if Used By 12 Months
* Storage Method - Store in a low-temperature environment in an airtight container to preserve longevity.

It's fresh, strong, but not too strong, elegant tasting tea, and high quality. I am the first generation here in the USA, from the UK & Ireland, so I am picky about tea. I am well pleased and it goes a long way. I make it by the pot in a coffee press. I like that it's not too astringent but has a strong flavor. I like an ethical company. It doesn't break the bank, either. The price is reasonable.
